Remove Plaster and Cement

We have a wall we want to turn into an industrial looking feature wall. The building is brick and the wall has been mortared and plastered over. We would like to have the entire face of the wall taken back to brick if possible or at least the mortar, happy to discuss based on recommendations. The wall is 2.6m wide and up to 4m high above a stairwell. A scaffold is available on site to reach everywhere and is specifically for work above the stairwell. Please provide a cost indication in your first message if possible. We are looking to have this work completed within the next two weeks.
