Nati came and assessed the work in person and gave me two options in how the step could be repaired. He repaired the step well and was much cheaper than another quote we received who did not visit the site. We have painted the step already and no one can tell it has been repaired. Nati is patience and careful. I wish him luck in his new venture in Auckland.
