Replace tile

The tile on my front doorstep needs replacing. I removed the old chipped one and replaced it with a piece of ply while I sourced a new tile. I now have the tile (and have sealed it), now I just need someone to put it in. I chipped away the concrete underneath to ensure the tile sits flush when installed. It may however require a little bit more chiseling just incase the adhesive/grout makes it sit too high.
