Rock Wall

Looking to have our perimeter rock wall established. We already have the volcanic rocks but just loosely put in top of each other. We want it to be cemented and secure. Measurements approximately 13m in length and desired height is 1.6m. Potentially done this summer. If you can give me a rough quote, that would be great. Thanks
