The existing wall has a section missing and another part has water & sediment permeating through on another section, possible repair would be good if not suggested replacement without moving decks above. The gap is only a metre from the building so not a lot of room to work with if a replace a wall in front was required. The wall is over 1.5mts high and 6 to 7mtrs in length and is nearly 100 years old.
