Attic Stairs
Job description
I would like someone to either install a pre-made attic ladder that pulls down from the ceiling, or make a new manhole to access the roof. I'm hoping to get this done by the end of next week! The quote should not include the cost of the stairs unit if quoting for installing that.

Craig put a hatch into the ceiling from the hall. He did a competent and tidy job neatly finished. He let me know in time when the first appt had to be deferred. He was right on time for the job and left the hallway tidy. He provided an estimate and charged the full amount.
