Attic Stairs installation

We would like attic stairs installed in our 1912 cottage. Specifically we require scissor style loft stairs like Fakro LST. Gap between joists is approx 541mm so if using the fakro as above we'd need the --- model. Room height is approx 3m More details available if required.
