External handrail 2

Reposted due to no one replying to initial contact. Due to a couple of dislocated shoulders, some ungraceful falling, and the impending sh!tty wellington winter- we need a handrail for our external stairs. It will need to run from the top to the bottom (4.7m) and be as non-sticking-out as possible. Have no idea what materials should be used, but i guess that you will tell me :) Please only request communication if you actually intend on doing the job...
