Outside stair assessment + repair

Kia ora, the stairs leading up to our top unit are looking a bit dilapidated/water damaged and may need to also be adjusted to be up to current building code as it was flagged when we bought the house back in 2019. A pro to come take a look and let us know what strengthening work needs to be done to bring it up to code and stop what I assume is rot would be amazing. Cheers :)
