Replace metal handrail/balustrade in the front of house and repair window sill

1. Remove the broken metal handrail/balustrade at the front of property. 2. Replace new handrail and balustrade 3. Fill in under sill and patch all penetrations to a window sill. 4. Fit a new clothesline supplied by owner 5. Replace an old lock to the back door.
