Wooden stairs from deck area to yard area

Hello, we are after someone that would be able to remove and install a new timber stairway on our house. The current one is 14 steps and it's approx 260cm high by 5m in length. The steps are deteriorating and I believe it is now beyond repair (see old photo attached). It is also lacking a handrail, which I believe is now compulsory. On the left of the photo is a bank which has recently had some plants removed. I can upload more pictures if needed (I am just having issues with my phone currently). But if you need to see other angles. Let me know. If you think the wall might need a bit of a retainer installed, I am happy to discuss that too. Cheers,
