I need a quote for the replacement of an existing narrow (300mm) staircase and the extension of this staircase by a further 20m. Essentially, a new 50m long x 300mm wide staircase to reach a site in Hataitai. I am not the owner, but looking for a quote to understand what would be involved to fix the stairs if I were to buy the site.
