Outdoor stair rails

I would like a quote and some options to install a handrail either on the house or the other side of the stairs leading up to the front door. One section would be quite forthright, but the other might be trickier because there’s a window to consider. My mum is coming to live with us and needs a handrail to get up the stairs.
