Attic hatch/stairs

We want to install a new attic access point (and potentially attic stairs, dependent on cost) within our house, as the existing attic access isn't very accessible! There is a DVS system (or similar) in the attic at present, so that might make the work slightly more complicated - the house is quite small (75sqm), so there may be limited areas where the access can go?
