Rebuild stairs

I have an internal staircase that leads to the garage which seems to have been attached by some insects that are eating the wood. Stair is covered by carpet and there is easy access from the garage to the underneath area. I am looking to remove and replace the wood in the stairs. As it is an older house i understand that during that time the wood used to build the stairs was not treated and currently it only seems to impact the stairs. There are also 3-4 steps right next to it as the house is split level which it has not attached but will look at replacing this too. Could you please provide a estimate or let me know if you would need to visit and provide a more accurate quote.
