Install secondary loft hatch and ladder

Would like a secondary loft hatch installed in the main central corridor, to supplement the current one (which is inconveniently located inside a cupboard in our child's bedroom!) Preferably looking for one of the 'all-in-one' styles with a drop down ladder. Would like the job quoted as a fixed price including all materials and labour. The loft is well insulated and has a small standing water tank (cold), so you'd need to work around this. It's a fairly low sloping roof, but there's plenty of space to stand (at a very slight crouch) and get around in the middle. Also has a DVS unit and associated tubes to most rooms, but this is all wide diameter flexi-hose so shouldn't be in the way. Our aim for the work is just to be able to access the loft space a bit easier so that we can use this for some basic storage, because the house is quite small (70sqm bungalow) and currently it's a wasted resource.
