Build New Stairs

We are a renovation company, we flip residential houses and sell them. This project is for a residential house that requires new stairs. This staircase descends to the lower level. The stairs serve as a service stairway to the basement. - The ceiling height is quite low in the basement. - The finish will be carpet - Stairs will be between the walls, to be coordinated regarding the handrail, but most likely required. Please see the attached drawing for your reference. Please specify the cost of labour and materials. Also, include the timeframe and your earliest availability. Please advise if you will only manufacture and supply or if you will supply and install, and a breakdown of cost between the two. Thank you!
