Front exerior Staircase, handrail & baseboards

Wanting to add a staircase up to my front door directly in line with the front door. Height to deck is 1.5m Also need to continue the handrail to match what is always there, also there are some repairs and extra handrail sections to be replaced. After that I need to finish with horizontal baseboards to cover everything and a hinged hatch on the LHS. Stairs would be 1.9 - 2.4m wide depending on details. Veranda/ deck is 8.33m x 1.7m Last picture is just and example image.
