Stairs & Deck - Repair, waterblast and paint/stain

Most important factors: Time, Quality, Cost I need a cost estimate to repair and replace rotten timer on a set of wooden stairs. After that, I would like to get the attached decking water blasted and finally painted/ stained along with the stairs. This is more of a maintenance job.
