Replace circular staircase with normal stairs

We settle on Friday, so I'll be able to send measurements then. I've included the floor plan for an idea of what we're working with, It's a small space, made tricky with a front door which we'd like to keep. We would prefer a landing which would have to sit above the front door, It would have to be very sturdy for big people and carpeted for safety and comfort
