Interior Stairs to Build

We are looking for contractors to build a 3 steps interior stairs and install. The stairs is approx. 1800 wide, 720 height, and 900 wide. Proposed pictures attached. Currently we are looking at two options: 1. aligned 3 steps (picture 1) 2. levelled 3 steps ( picture 2) The stairs will need to be packed with engineered hardwood ( american oak) to match with the existing.
