Install Attic Stairs

Hi there, we have bought some Fakro attic stairs and need someone to install them into our hallway so we have storage in our tiny one story house. It looks as though you will need to move a light and possibly the ventilation system box? But I'm sure you can check it out and give us your opinion on what to do. If it could get don in the next week that would be ideal as we have a wedding coming up and will need the spare room clear of boxes etc... We are in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. Let me know if you are available and roughly how much it will cost... Thanks!
