Replace outdoor staircase

We have some timber outdoor stairs leading from our balcony into the garden, about a 2.5m drop, 13 steps. Most of the wood of the steps is rotten so all steps need to be replaced. We will need a deck builder to replace steps and make the stairs safe to use again, which they are currently not. Painting not required. There are also a couple of planks of the weatherboard of the house below the stairs that have water damage and need to be replaced.
