Stairway to flat

I'm wanting a staircase with small landing replaced because of rot. There is approximately 8 treads then small landing and another 4 or 5 treads returning up to another small landing. These are connected to a first flight of stairs from the ground level that has been framed and poured in concrete. So it is to a second story flat that needs replacing.
