Renovate staircase & build timber internal partition wall

Looking for a quote to replace the handrail & balusters on our internal wooden staircase (photo 1 attached). We would also like to build an internal timber screen partition wall, approx. 3m x 2.5m, to replace the handrail and balusters upstairs. (Photo 2 attached)
