Interior Staircase

Looking to cost an interior staircase which I have somewhat designed. I know the riser and tread depth we want. One landing in the corner of the house, about 2/3 of the way up the staircase. Looking for a floating staircase effect. Either with timber stringers on either side of the stairs or a steel support running up. Small landing in the middle. Rise is 2950 from ground to ground, 1200mm wide stairs, 165mm riser height, 240 tread depth, approx 18 risers total, 1300mm x 1300mm landing. Concrete slab on both ground and first floor.
