Exterior Staircase - Steps and Railing

As seen in the photos, this staircase has seen better days. The top platform is still okay but the hand railing, their supports and the steps themselves are literally at their breaking point. Keen for someone to reuse what they can from the existing structure while replacing the steps and reinforcing the railing / supports.
