Handrail & Screen for external staircase

Build approximately 20 lineal meters of handrails in a modern design along different partitions of a main external staircase. The design needs to be innovative to minimize the obstruction, flexible to cover some irregular structual patterns, blend in well with existing glass balustrades and fully comply with the building code. Looking for someone with an interest in good design and a passion for detail. Can be a timber, steel or aluminum solution or a combination thereof.
