Re-fix handrail bars

Handrails of our deck and stairs have got horizontal bars at the moment. We need someone to remove those timber bars in the bottom (not the top bars) and fix them as vertical bars in the hand rails for the safety. You can reuse those cross bars that you are removing to cut and fix them vertically. Those bars are nearly new. You need to supply any additional timber required. Please see the photos attached. The combined length of the handrail (both deck and staircase) is 14 metres.
