outside Gates and Stairs

Hi There We need the stairs ripped out and relaid at the back of the house. They are a veritable death trap and the fact they haven't put someone in a wheelchair by now is a small miracle. As you can see in the photos they are quite steep and we would like the gradient made less steep if at all possible. Also there is currently no handrail on them which makes it even worse. As well as this we would like a gate put up the side of the house as we need to dog proof the house - photo also included of side bit where we want the gate.- we are getting a dog next year (surprise for the kids) so this is all part of making the back of the house more dog and human friendly and secure. Obviously with the steps, the land at the back of our house slips away and we just need to make better use of it. We would also like a cubby house at the back of the house so any cubby house building skills/ideas would be great but this is NOT essential - the stairs are the main priority along with the side gate. We are in the process of clearing it up and would like the green rubbish taken away as well. There is a photo of this too. If you feel like you can help us out please contact me to come and quote.
