Stairs

We have just purchased a property and would like to: 1. Replace some existing outside stairs (refer to no 1 in pic) 2. Add stairs up to an existing deck (refer to no 2 in both pics (one shows where stairs start and the other where on the deck the steps would lead up to) 3. Add to height of a deck fence (to make it legal height - refer to no 3 in pics) 4. Add a handrail to the internal stairs (no pic for this one) We will be at the property from 13-26 April (live in Wellington) and keen to meet to discuss what needs to be done and if possible start the work soon after?
