Help - Noisy Staircase

Hi, Next week on Wednesday the 28th Oct 2020, I have new carpet being laid through the house. I really want to make a point of getting our staircase "tightened"/sorted before the new carpet goes down. I can lift all the stair case carpet easily and leave exposed for you. Please help they do our head in they're so noisy. You can access the underside of stair case as well FYI. I have had a crack at it but would prefer someone who knew about stairs/building/joinery to do. Many thanks
