New external stair rail top flat, and check an historic leak in bottom flat.

This house has two stories and has two lots of long term tenants. The top flat has an external staircase, where the hand rail needs replacing. The bottom flat had a leak which we had fixed, there is a water mark on the near surfeit, so we want to know if there is still a leak. We had also been told that the floor in the laundry near the back door, may also have a leak. These both need checking.
