Balustrade remodel

Looking for a carpenter/independent stair designer who can help re-design a timber (ideally) balustrade - handrail and stringers - to modernise our existing staircase; and provide a PS1 for their work. Existing staircase layout is standard design (no corners or landings), but we also need to update the balustrade in the landing upstairs. Timeframe: ideally ASAP.
