5 hand rails/1 rail height extension

Hello, We have recently purchased a new house. We are needing sturdy handrails for a disabled family member who will be living there. There are 5 locations needed, front door, main staircase, stairs to garage, stairs to lounge and one on a small space of the deck. We also need to extend one railing on the second floor already in place to be higher as it is too low for the young family members visiting. I’ll attach pictures below. Thanks, Holli.
