External Stairway

External stairs require complete replacing, flight of approximately 64 steps from top of road down to the main house. Very steep property incline. This is the currently the only way on and off the property. There is the option to build a seperate pathway to the top, which we have started, but requires completion. The stairs are a H&S hazard and would like immediate start.
