Hi I wish to split the 2 level living which is connected by an internal staircase .I will have 2 separate entrance. I still have a choice to block the stairs by a door for which i do not need consent. But by removing stairs the space can be used more wisely. Can you please tell me if i need consent to remove these stairs and also what will be the cost to do it.
