Indoor Staircase Adding

To build a staircase from ground floor garage to 1st floor play room. The garage has two back doors, one to lndy, one to drying (sun room) which are connected. The owner wants to enclose the drying room wall so it’s a isolated space, the tenant can go from the drying, through the white door as shown in this photo, then go up to the play room which will be changed to a living-bedroom. We have Ground floor plan and first Floor Plan: Alteration Plan: 1.Build a staircase from garage to go up directly to playroom 2.Add a wall on first floor corridor before study and play room to isolate the rooms 3.Enclose space from garage to drying room, where inside is the staircase going up. we have a drafting man to do the design and building consents but before the design we'd like to work with a staircase builder to learn more on practically which way is the best way to achieve these ideas, type of staircase available and the cost range.
