New outside stairs

We need to replace a set of spiral stairs (currently blocked off as some steps are broken) with a new set of safer/user friendly stairs from the upstairs deck (2nd story) to the ground. We would like the quote before new years but dont need them started/completed for a couple of months after that. We also need someone who is smart to add in a good looking gate to stop dogs coming up and kids going down. High end materials are needed as we want these to last a long time and look good in the process. I can send photos and rough measurements to anyone that may require them.
