Attic Stairs Installation

Hi there, We are looking to have attic stairs installed in our hallway. 3m high ceiling and it’s an older home, but plenty of space in the roof space. I’m looking at the Sellwood brand attic stairs and we can supply these. No set timeframes, ideally in the next month or two. There is existing roof access using a ladder, but the location would not work to install stairs. Depending on cost, adding some ply to the floor of the attic space so we can store items up there would be handy. Happy to discuss options here. I will add more photos of the hallway ceiling.
