Supply & install loft ladder in hallway. Existing height to lintel joist approx 3.3metres. Light fitting hangs from this joist. Preferred dates: 21st August to 27 August, when international student boarder is away. Existing roof-space access in kitchen. Partially opened firewall, and HRV system in proximity, in ceiling.
