Outside 12 steps side of house leading up to deck and entrance, have found bottom step to be rotted through in a couple of places and very bottom 10cm of stringer also soft some parts of very top step soft. Repair ? Not sure if would be less expensive . Replace ? The entire stairs. Thanks
