Commercial stair installation

I have a commercial building with a ground floor tenant, we want to install a staircase from ground floor to vacant second flòr for public use. The floor on both levels are concrete there is already a opening to accommodate the stairs in the second floor floor 2.175m wide x 4.5m long against a wall. Second floor is is 3m height above ground floor. We would like a 90deg turn at base of say two steps And flat piece mid stairs to brack up stair treads. Want it to be self supporting as to not effect the ground floor tenant space. Would prefer steel and wood look
