Install attic access and stairs in garage

We are a 2015 build property, single storey, with roof space. There is one attic access hatch which is small and has no inbuilt stairs. We would like to install a bigger hatch with stairs that fold down, in a slightly different location (the garage). Access is available through the existing hatch. We are able to take measurements, photos or check things if required. Not sure how many options there are e.g. sizing and stair choice?
