I have already bought a set of FOLDAWAY attic stairs. They are to be located where the existing manhole is situated in the single garage attached to the the house. Completion before the end of March '22 would be desirable. This is a modern house built in 2011. I want to keep painting and plastering to a minimum so careful work causing the least disruption to the existing ceiling is a must.
