Replace bottom step of staircase

The bottom step of my staircase had some water damage so needs replacing. The staircase is approximately 800mm wide with a tread depth of ~270mm (see attached photos) The damaged parts can be provided for reference. I've installed a temporary step (it's not very good though), since the place is being carpeted on friday, so that will need to be removed. I will also work with the carpeters to make it as easy as possible to get the replacement sorted
