Hand rail required for back stairs leading to 2 downstairs apartments. 5 stairs to landing. Prefer curved powdercoated or marine grade stainless steel tubing. Long lasting, easy maintenance. To attach to the side 1930s stucco exterior wall then down onto asphalt paving. Approx 1.2mL and 1.0mH. Needs to meet building code specifications.
