Brent came on time , quoted quickly and completed the job in one day. We are disappointed with the finish on the Job. Holes left in the wall where brackets were to be drilled in but then placement was changed. The joins in the handrails need to be sanded down to give a clean finish. Top of the stairwell rail is not flush with the wall. Holes in the new timber handrail. Flat brackets are not sitting well with the round timber. Placement of the brackets not measured to the studs.
