Hi there, looking to have concrete stairs & steel balustrading on exterior of the property replaced/repaired. This is a 1970 build and replacement will need to look similar to existing due to body corporate rules. It looks to me like the structure under the stairs is fine, but the fixings for the balustrade are rusted. Thanks, Nicole
