External stairs build

Hi there, We are looking to build some simple, timbre, weatherproof external stairs that will run along the side of the house, between a boundary line. We will also be looking to put up a boundary fence so if we could find a carpenter/ builder/ fencer who is experienced in both, that would be ideal. For now though, the primary need is some steps please. * Note, the gas metre in the picture will be relocated to accomodate the stairs.
